Our poultry is humanely raised and live a stress-free life. They are fed a non-medicated feed and we do not vaccinate our birds, both of which are unnecessary when raising small batches.
Our poultry is seasonally pastured, which means they are raised outdoors on pasture during the spring, summer, and fall.
Available in our freezers: whole birds, boneless skinless breasts, maple garlic sausage, roasted garlic sausage, sweet Italian sausage, ground, tenderloins, leg quarters, and wings.
Whole duck is also available.
